Spring at the edge of the forest. This was inspired by the change of seasons and living temporarily in a beautiful, unspoilt valley in Gloucestershire. The old, gnarled trees are coming to life after lying dormant through the winter. They’ve seen the ages pass and remain here, protected from the march of industry and man’s unquenchable thirst for the destruction of wild places. We need more guardians of the land.
